Here are the results of the Persimmon shoot we did last week. Let me know what you think. I'm afraid I over-lit them so the lighting was a bit flat and I also mixed tungsten lights with flash (which makes colour temperatures warmer). I think I like the wet cut persimmon and the horizontal persimmon.

to my personal opinion,
i don't think persimon wouldnt be as juicey as what it looks in real.
the water of course makes it more fresh kinda image but i think those technique is only working for lemons or citrus type of fruits.
i dont know...
if i were designing my folio, i wouldn't use it because someone who has a great eye to food, they will pick it straight away.
dunno but may be i am wrong.
maybe we should ask someone who has more experience.
