These are from 'Shunju-new japanese cuisine' book with photographs by Masano Kawana. I will bring the book for you to have a look at tomorrow. It really inspired me. I want to do a location shoot, soon before the weather gets to bad. I will have a look for pine needles and coloured leaves. I like the layout of the introduction to the chapters (the one with the black and white image of matsutake and other small images layered on top of it.
