Budget and money
Aki, I was thinking that I can bring pay you for the groceries and items that you buy for the shoot at the beginning of each shoot. If you can just let me know an estimate the day before and I will bring plenty of change and pay you at each day of the shoot. Is that all right for you?

just letting you know, i will shop at vic market in the morning and for the hakusai, i will probably buy 2 cabbages just in case one is not good after i cut it.
so please don't buy hakusai for that week! but i will buy one off from you.
for the chest nuts, is it possible to ask you to get some roasted chest nuts before you come into studio?
Aki, Vic market is closed on Monday and Wednesday. So you may have to come up with another place to get the hakusai. Victoria street in Abbotsford should have Hakusai. Otherwise I could buy Hakusai at Vic market on Tuesday and put them in the fridge in the studio. Tell me what you think?
Sure I can buy some roasted chestnuts on the day of the shoot.

Sure Aki, I will get two beautiful はくさい. Glad I realized they were closed on wednesday. I will buy them Tuesday morning at Vic market and store them at the bottom of the fridge in paper bags.
Yes, so can you please bring props. Can you please bring that Japanese basket that you mentioned and any other props you think are necessary.
The kitchen cupboards and drawers are empty in the studio, so you will need to bring what you need to cut the はくさい and くり. How about a chopping board? Basically bring things that you think you will need and if there is anything that you need me to bring please let me know.
